You may redeem the prizes upon presenting this confirmation email to the staff at L2 designated reception desk on 27-31 Oct (Except for 30 Oct). 

Terms and Conditions:

1.    Entry wristbands must be collected at the L2 designated reception desk. Presenting this email and the mobile number (must be same as the number registered as impulse member) to redeem entry wristbands for the Halloween Festival. 
2.    Winners shall have no claim or objection for any form of compensation arising therefrom.
3.    All prizes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 
4.    Halloween Festival Passes: Only valid on 27/28/29/31 Oct. Passes can be used once only and cannot be reused.
5.    The pulse reserves the right to terminate, update, or amend the redemption activities at any time, without prior notice.
6.    In the case of any dispute, the pulse reserves the right of final decision.
